Refund Policy
Red River Designs DOES NOT accept returns on any orders. We also DO NOT issue refunds for any damage your item(s) may receive in transit. However, Red River Designs does offer ROUTE, which is a third-party company that insures your package while it is in route to your home. If any damage were to occur, they would issue a refund minus the cost for shipping and tax, as long as the claim meets their guidelines.
Route is available to everyone at checkout. If you choose to forfeit the added insurance, your claim will only be covered up to $100. This is the maximum allowed by both USPS and UPS.
Although the additional ROUTE insurance is designed to cover the total cost of the item, the shipping carrier ultimately has the final say.
ALL CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCEPTIONS.
Remember, all our items are handmade. Therefore, minor variations or imperfections can occur. That is just the nature of the craft, but want to ensure you that each order is made and packed with love and handled with the greatest of care!! ♥
If you have any issues outside of these guidelines, please contact Red River Designs via the contact us page before taking any other action. We do not anticipate any issues, but in the event, one arises, we will always do our best to resolve them to the best of our ability.
