Shipping Policy

Our “IN STOCK” or “READY TO SHIP” orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and shipped out Monday through Friday.

*Excluding US Federal Holidays and Vacations

“CUSTOM ORDER” items will be shipped approximately 6-8 weeks after placing the order.

*Please remember that custom orders take time, and we want to make sure that they are being handled with care during each phase of the process. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once the order has shipped.

Missing Products

Unfortunately, mistakes happen, and things get missed. If you receive your order and find that it is missing an item(s) please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to make things right!!

Hours of operation:

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will ship out the next business day.
